Passes are first-come, first-served. Some passes are available to print at home, while others must be picked up from Beardsley Library during our operating hours.

Museum Pass Program Loan Rules:
A patron 18 or older must be responsible for the pass.
We have both physical passes and digital/printable passes.
For digital/printable passes:

Please select the date you wish to visit the museum for your reservation.

For physical passes:

Please select the date you wish to pick up the pass when making your reservation.

If you do not pick up your pass on the pickup date, your reservation will be cancelled.

You have two days to use the pass, starting from the date of your pick-up.

You can return the pass to the library on the due date or at any time before it is due.

Passes incur a $1.00 fine per day you are late.

You may return the pass in our dropbox located outside the library.

If the pass is not returned within 30 days after your reservation due date, you will be fined the full pass amount in addition to any late fees and will lose your privilege to take out any museum pass from the Beardsley Library.
